The motion passed with a recorded voice vote and the committee announced the tally as 5 to 0 in favor.
Members said the project was a repeat recipient of CPC funds and that the grant agreement language can be written to specify terms and deliverables after the warrant articles are finalized. The committee will complete grant paperwork and return the agreement to the applicant once the town-meeting authorization and the committee's administrative steps are complete.
