OWEB committee to review compiled engagement feedback in June; prepares for FIP interviews later in the year

Staff will return to the Partnerships & Capacity Committee in June with compiled listening-session and survey results and will prepare members to interview FIP applicants in public sessions later in the year as part of the FIP solicitation process.
Committee members were told staff will compile listening-session and survey feedback and provide a staff report in advance of the June committee meeting to prepare for a deeper policy discussion. Eric Williams said the committee will have a role in July to provide policy guidance to the full Board if appropriate, and that this committee is the primary forum that conducts public interviews of FIP applicants as part of the solicitation process, likely in November before Thanksgiving.
Staff also said they will update the committee in June on the status of FIP initiative applications following the consultation period so members can plan interview logistics and formats. The committee was reminded the April Board meeting is scheduled April 28-29 and that staff will publish evaluation materials in advance of the Board packet for members to review.
