Committee members requested staff circulate the design packets and grant guidance in advance of the Aug. 13 meeting (3 p.m.) when the group expects to review design quotes and grant application timing.
Members also asked that adaptive-proposal quotes be circulated for review and that the firm provide separate quotes for pump-track design, trail concept and construction documents if needed to satisfy grant obligations. The group left the meeting with action items to prepare a council packet and to verify whether Trails Plus funds may be used for combined design work.
