Resident seeks community garden on city lot; request for stop signs recorded

Separately, City Administrator W. Scott Jorgensen read a written request from a resident asking the city to install stop signs on all four corners of East 3rd and D streets. The council recorded both items for future agenda consideration; no formal decisions or funding commitments were made at this meeting.
