Town Attorney, Administrator refining USDA documents; bond ordinances to be introduced in November

Town Attorney Lyndsey Ryan told the Council that she and Administrator Erin Braband are working on final documents for USDA related to the pumping station project. Attorney Ryan also said draft bond ordinances are under review and will be introduced at the November Council meeting.
No vote on the bond ordinances occurred at the Oct. 2 meeting; the council was informed that ordinance introduction is expected in November after the documents are finalized.
