Council appoints Doran Bowman to Planning Commission
Summary

President Schmidt told the council that the Town had received one letter of interest for the open Planning Commission seat from Doran Bowman. After brief discussion, Commissioner Walter Chase moved to appoint Mr. Bowman to the Planning Commission; Commissioner Rose Potter seconded and the motion was unanimously approved.
President Schmidt also reported that Lennar Homes attended the meeting and will return with plans at a future meeting. The council did not take action on those future plans during the Oct. 2 session.
