Premier Lakes reports routine maintenance, nano‑bubbler repair and compressor relocation proposals

Bill Kurth of Premier Lakes reported to the River Ridge Board that "the lakes appear to be in very good shape" and that preservation and dry retention area work is underway. He said crews removed fallen trees from the Florida Power & Light ditch and outfall structure prior to an impending tropical storm and that Key Activity items 2–5 (quarterly reviews and maintenance) were completed; Premier changed service frequency from quarterly to monthly during the rainy season.
Kurth said repairs to the Lake H1‑B nano‑bubbler—lost prime after being turned off—would be completed the following day. Regarding relocating the compressor in the Masters Lake easement, Mr. Shane Willis and Mr. Alex Kurth will present proposals for the electrical portion of that project at a future time.
