Engineer proposes curb and sidewalk repairs; homeowners to receive notice on driveway responsibility

Charlie Krebs presented the Curb and Sidewalk Inspection Report and outlined a proposed scope of work for areas the report deemed severe. Krebs said he sent quantities to Collier Paving and expects to present repair quotes at the next meeting.
Krebs said he is preparing a draft memorandum to inform certain homeowners about an upcoming sidewalk curb repair project and to state that homeowners are responsible for repairing their own driveways; the notification will be sent to Mrs. Adams and Chair Schultz for review before it goes to homeowners.
