Board adopts Resolution 2025-01 to elect officers, removes prior appointee
Summary
The River Ridge CDD Board on Oct. 22 adopted Resolution 2025-01 electing Bob Schultz as Chair, Terry Mountford as Vice Chair and naming Kurt Blumenthal, Robert Twombly and Keith Merrill Assistant Secretaries; James Gilman was removed as an Assistant Secretary.
During the Oct. 22 meeting, Mrs. Adams presented Resolution 2025-01, which the Board adopted to elect and remove District officers. Kurt Blumenthal nominated the slate that includes Bob Schultz as Chair and Terry Mountford as Vice Chair; the motion passed on a second by Mr. Mountford "with all in favor."
The Resolution also removed James Gilman from the Assistant Secretary role and confirmed existing administrative appointments (Chesley "Chuck" Adams remains Secretary; Craig Wrathell remains Assistant Secretary and Treasurer; Jeff Pinder remains Assistant Treasurer). The action was taken by formal motion and vote and recorded in the minutes.
