District staff told the Board that the budget in the agenda packet contained inaccurate language for the "Street sweeping" line item and that those descriptions were corrected before adoption. No affected property owners spoke during the public hearing, which the Board opened and closed before the vote. The Board also adopted Resolution 2024‑08, making a determination of benefit and imposing special assessments for FY2024/2025; the adopted version deleted all references to "Exhibit B" as instructed during the meeting. Both resolutions were approved "with all in favor."
