3) Letter of support request for Talbot County Water & Sewer Comp Plan amendment (Backtown Road, Brian Hause) — Motion by Commissioner Chase; seconded by Commissioner Newnam; outcome: approved pending Planning Commission recommendation.
4) GMB ENR design-and-bid phase authorization — Motion by Commissioner Newnam; seconded by Commissioner Chase; outcome: approved.
5) ARPA purchases (computers, monitors, firewalls per BDK; truck equipment excluding window tinting; three 2-inch meters per L/B Water; HVAC replacement per Comfort Plus) — Motion by Commissioner Newnam; seconded by Commissioner Chase; outcome: approved.
6) Safehouse security camera upgrade ($10,495.94) — Motion by Commissioner Chase; seconded by Commissioner Newnam; outcome: approved.
7) Emergency designation for water-tower generator replacement and request for additional proposals for Sept. 11 special meeting — Motion by Commissioner Chase; seconded by Commissioner Newnam; outcome: approved.
8) RFP to replace/rebuild bar/filter screen at treatment plant — Motion by Commissioner Newnam; seconded by Commissioner Chase; outcome: approved.
9) Nace's Day Main Street closure and park use (Nov. 2, 1–4 p.m.) — Approved; staff to coordinate logistics with Sheriff's Office and fire department.
