Trappe council approves sewer-bill adjustment and three-month payment plan for resident

Commissioner Michael Sullivan moved to adjust the sewer portion of Ms. Howell's bill per the Town's policy formula and to create a three-month payment plan for the remaining balance. Commissioner Walter Chase seconded the motion and it was unanimously approved.
