Grant application to add softball field at Home Run Baker Park fails on tie vote

The motion failed and the application was not submitted at this meeting. The minutes note the Planning Commission and the County Parks and Recreation Board had given favorable recommendations; the joint use agreement still required revision and state review before execution.
