The board authorized the Fire Department to apply for a $936,154 grant for a replacement engine (town share $44,578.76), and approved Conservation Chair Michael Rossetti’s request to consult town attorneys about an offer to donate approximately 80 acres. Chair Hoyt moved to adjourn; Selectman Kelly seconded and the board adjourned at 7:24 p.m. The minutes do not record any votes against these motions.
