At its Sept. 22, 2025 session the Board of Water Commissioners reviewed an updated list of delinquent water accounts and directed follow-up work to address the town’s highest-priority delinquencies.
The Town Manager will provide a top-10 delinquent list at the next meeting that includes curb-stop locations and estimated costs to dig and install curb stops. The board told staff to dig one curb stop now, schedule two curb-stop installs for the spring work list, and to place three properties on the tax-sale list. The action was handled during the board’s convened water-commission session and recorded in the minutes.
