Proctor signs State Revolving Loan application for WWTF; sludge removal mobilization set to begin

At its July 28 meeting the Board of Sewer Commissioners signed the State Revolving Loan application for Proctor’s wastewater treatment facility. Albert Wenta moved to sign the loan document; the motion was seconded by Linda Doty and approved unanimously. The application was circulated for signatures from the selectboard member, the Town Manager and the Town Clerk.
The Town Manager reported that electrical work at the WWTF is complete and that mobilization site setup has started. Town crew members have been preparing the lagoons for an upcoming sludge removal project, which the minutes say is anticipated to begin next week. The board recorded these operational updates and authorized signatures on the loan application as a procedural step toward project financing.
