The Town of Proctor Selectboard on July 28 signed selectboard orders totaling $66,912.64 and unanimously approved the meeting agenda and the July 14, 2025 regular meeting minutes. Jay Thorton moved to approve the agenda (adding the Health Officer appointment); the motion was seconded by Albert Wenta and passed unanimously. Bruce Baccei then moved to approve the prior minutes; Jay Thorton seconded and the board approved them unanimously.
The meeting included routine departmental reports from the sheriff and the town manager and a series of items the board referred for further action, including a timber-harvest bid process and review of utility payment options. The Selectboard recessed briefly so the Board of Water Commissioners could convene and later returned to regular session before adjourning at 7:48 p.m.
