Township approves two social-fair permits; LIV-related special-use permit remains under review

"Seeing none, take a motion to approve" the permits was followed by a second and a roll-call 'Aye' from all members.
Separately, the committee held a decision on a special-use permit connected with a LIV golf-related tournament. Officials said the application still needs several items satisfied and that although the check has been deposited staff must confirm whether it has cleared with the CFO before final approval. Committee members emphasized ensuring checks are paid and cleared before advancing high-profile events.
