Executive committee reviews current-month invoices and records no concerns

The Chair called the executive committee to order and said the body "conducted" an examination of invoices for the current month. "An examination of invoices for the current month, including supplemental payroll and travel expenses was conducted," the Chair said, reporting that the committee reviewed payroll and travel supplements as part of the monthly invoice review.

The Chair asked, "Do I have any committee member concerns?" Committee members responded, "No concerns." The Chair then asked for public comment, received none, and declared, "Hearing none, this meeting is now adjourned." The Chair had earlier named members present, including "mister Lagarde, mister Krautis, doctor Clotier, doctor Trahan, mister Ford, superintendent," and noted members of the superintendent's staff were present.
