Committee members thanked maintenance staff for the preparedness work and asked for continued coordination to minimize project disruption during the storm window.
Staff also confirmed some electrical and field repairs were handled in-house to reduce contractor costs. The committee closed the meeting after the maintenance update and adjourned.
