Proctor water board reviews delinquent accounts, continues hydrant-rules review

The Board of Water Commissioners met Aug. 11 (the Selectboard adjourned to convene the water commissioners at 6:08 p.m.). Town Manager Judy Frazier provided an update on delinquent water accounts and payments; the minutes record no formal vote on shut-offs at this session.
The board reviewed the Public Drinking Water System Rules & Regulations up through Article XI, which covers fire hydrants, and agreed to continue the rules review at a future meeting. No other business was recorded for this commission during the Aug. 11 session.
