Board approves 10‑year long-term facilities maintenance plan amid roof and HVAC concerns

After discussion of specific line items and past follow-through, the board moved, seconded and approved the LTFM plan by voice and roll call. Board members requested clearer tracking of completed projects and that the facilities committee be more engaged in monitoring execution of the plan. Administrators said they will convene a walk‑through with ICS and report back to the board on priorities and costs and will incorporate board input on short‑term and long‑term repairs.
