Board to vote on two recommended hires and 10 teacher tenure recommendations
Summary

Presenter said the district is recommending two individuals for hire and asked the board to make those hires official by vote tonight. “We got, 2 individuals that we're recommending for hire tonight so you guys would get an opportunity to vote on that and make it official,” Presenter said.
Presenter also noted a group of teachers eligible for tenure after completing four years, and that building principals recommended the tenure candidates. The board was told 10 teachers were slated to receive tenure pending tonight’s vote; the administration said it would present the list and asked trustees to vote during the meeting.
