The commission approved its May minutes after a motion was moved and seconded during roll call; the motion was carried. Later, after a lengthy discussion and several members leaving, the meeting lost quorum and the chairs agreed to suspend business and table remaining agenda items. A motion to adjourn/suspend for lack of quorum was made; commissioners noted that formal action is limited without a quorum and planned to reconvene on the next scheduled date.
Commission staff were asked to follow up and to coordinate with chairs on next steps and to stop the meeting recording. The chairs reiterated that unresolved items will be taken up at the next meeting when quorum can be met.
