Board approves stormwater agreements tied to Winterberry subdivision

As part of the Winterberry phase‑1 approvals, the Board approved stormwater maintenance practice agreements requiring the developer to maintain conveyances, ditches and culverts for the subdivision.
Alongside the phase‑1 developer agreement, the Board approved the associated stormwater management practice maintenance agreements for the Winterberry subdivision on May 22, 2025. Staff explained that most stormwater facilities are being installed with adjacent development and that the agreements chiefly cover conveyance, ditch and culvert management for the single‑family subdivision.
Board members reviewed exhibit maps showing the area included in the agreement and confirmed the parcel boundaries. A motion to approve the stormwater management agreements was moved, seconded and carried by voice vote.
