Commission asks staff to research road access and current use for Tom Scott’s subdivision proposal

Planning Administrator Alexandra Babicki briefed the Commission about Tom Scott’s upcoming subdivision permit application and said a concern about the parcel’s current use came up during a preliminary review. Alexandra was tasked with informing Tom Scott how to best prepare for his initial review and to highlight the road-access problem that will need further attention and research. The Commission did not vote; staff follow-up was directed to gather the needed information.
