Norwich official asks that Double C mylar note Norwich jurisdiction and show ridgeline overlay

Norwich Zoning Administrator Steven True requested that the mylar for the Double C subdivision explicitly state Norwich jurisdiction, include a ridgeline protection overlay for Lot 2, and be recorded in Norwich; the DRB later asked Double C to add the ridgeline overlay to the mylar and directed staff to draft a permit before July 8.
At the June 24 meeting Steven True, Norwich Zoning Administrator, told the Sharon DRB that materials submitted for the Double C subdivision should make explicit that any land in Norwich is subject to Norwich regulations and that the mylar should include an overlay of the ridgeline protection area for Lot 2 and be recorded in Norwich. True said his May letter's requested materials have been satisfied.
The DRB subsequently voted to ask Double C to designate the ridgeline overlay district on the mylar; the motion was made by Dee and seconded by Andrew and passed with Sue abstaining. John said he will draft a permit before the July 8 meeting. The board did not finalize the application at this meeting and left the Double C matter open for further review.
