ABZA suspends rules to accept interim affidavit for BZA-2231, conditioned on filing correct publication within 10 days

Gary Schroeder moved to suspend the rules for BZA-2231 and accept the interim document conditioned on the petitioner filing the proper affidavit within 10 days; Ed Butz seconded and the motion carried by unanimous voice vote. The board subsequently proceeded to hear and decide BZA-2231.
