Planning Administrator Alexandra Babicki told the Commission she and Town Clerk Cathy Sartor have been researching a complex record history for Bruce McCoy's property at 694 Town Farm Road.
Alexandra summarized recorded permit activity: a 2007 subdivision (lot #1 30.4 acres; lot #2 13.7 acres; retained land 57.9 acres) and an approved 2014/15 subdivision that would have resulted in four parcels (30.4 acres; 13.7 acres; 22.2 acres; 35.7 acres) but "the permit became invalid when McCoy did not provide the Town Clerk with a signed mylar," Alexandra said. McCoy has contacted town staff recently but has not filed a new subdivision application; staff are working to clarify timelines and recorded documents before accepting any new application.
The Commission treated the discussion as a pre-application review; no formal action was taken and the Development Review Board was not activated because the Commission was not acting in an official application-review capacity.
