Planning Administrator Alexandra Babicki briefed the Sharon Planning Commission on Sept. 9 that the Selectboard approved the request to establish separate 'town' email accounts for Development Review Board (DRB) and Planning Commission members.
"The selectboard had approved the request for separate 'town' email addresses and provided a rough estimate of the cost at $550.00 a year," Alexandra said, and she added she will update the Commission when the definitive cost and activation date are set. Chair John Roe stressed maintaining careful and attentive email engagement etiquette once the accounts are created.
The Commission did not raise additional questions about the implementation cost during the meeting; Alexandra will report back with final figures and timing.
