Richmond City Council briefly convenes and introduces six items to be posted July 7

The presiding officer of the Richmond City Council opened a special meeting and asked City Clerk Mr. Clark to introduce legislation scheduled for consideration. Mr. Clark announced that "the legislation on this list is hereby introduced as presented," referring to items numbered 1 through 6 on the meeting list.
Mr. Clark told the chamber that a paper copy of the legislation was available for public inspection at the rear of the council chamber and that an electronic copy and the listed legislation "will be available on the city's website on Tuesday, July 7." He also noted for the record that four members—Gibson, Jones, Robertson, and Lynch—were absent but confirmed that a quorum was present. After the introductions the presiding officer stated the agenda was complete and the meeting was adjourned.
