• Approve agenda — Moved by Director Teddy Bryan, seconded by Director Gina Warner; passed 4–0. • Approve consent agenda (payroll, vouchers, personnel items) — Moved by Director Gina Warner, seconded by Director Dan Raap; passed 4–0.
