Councilmembers asked about sequencing, easement acquisition, and coordination with Precinct 4 and TxDOT.
Why it matters: these projects underpin long-term mobility, drainage and utility capacity and include reimbursable work that impacts city cash flow. Staff emphasized the need for intergovernmental agreements before fronting reimbursable costs.
