Logistics items recorded in the minutes included delivery of 1,000 copies of a Litchfield guide (arriving the day after the meeting) with distribution to be coordinated with Lindsey Turner, and an information booth volunteer signup process (Missy to meet with Jessica to organize volunteers using a Google Sheet or Calendly).
