A motion by Terry Stewart, seconded by Brian Weinstein, authorized encumbering up to $675 for herbicide treatments, to be charged to Conservation Commission Grounds Maintenance & Repair. The Board then approved a second encumbrance, also moved by Terry Stewart and seconded by Brian Weinstein, to encumber up to $2,500 for professional services to conduct a forestry site assessment to support a grant application aimed at controlling invasive species. Both motions passed unanimously.
