C Duques stated that she would ask him to state out the area of the building as well as where the buffer starts and stops," the minutes say. Carey Duques told the commission she will ask the contact to stake the proposed building area and mark the wetland buffer lines so commissioners can view the on-the-ground relationships between the structure and the wetlands.
