- Corporate sponsorship RFP: Council authorized issuing a draft RFP for a two-year sponsorship pilot (initially scoped to 4x4 industry) with revised application and decision dates; motion by Council member Jason; second by Miles; vote 4-0.
These items advance compliance with state requirements on wildfire code, move a multi-phase affordable housing project toward construction, and direct staff to test a corporate sponsorship model while returning recommended proposals to council for final review.
