The firms reviewed the history of visible cracks, investigative findings and a proposed remediation strategy, and provided high-level information about a possible referendum to fund the work.
Superintendent Dr. Danny Papa and Business Administrator René Metzgar attended the presentation. The consultants described investigative steps already taken and recommended stabilization work; they also provided preliminary referendum information but did not present a confirmed election date. "We reviewed the history of the cracks, the investigation results and our proposed solution," the architects said during the presentation. No formal vote was taken at the meeting to place a referendum on the ballot.
