Select Board approves minutes, signs ambulance and service contracts
Summary
At its Feb. 17 meeting the Select Board unanimously approved several sets of meeting minutes and signed ambulance contracts for Guildhall, Lunenburg and Jefferson, a non-mutual aid fire contract for Guildhall, a general assessing services agreement, and an Intent to Cut for Johnson’s (Tax Map R12, Lot 9).
The Select Board voted unanimously to approve regular and special meeting minutes for Feb. 2, Feb. 4 (public and non-public), Feb. 5 (public bond hearing), and Feb. 6 (public and non-public). Motions to approve the minutes were moved and seconded by Selectmen Leon Rideout and Kathy-Jean Lavoie in varying order; each motion carried "All in favor. Motion carried."
The board also signed ambulance contracts covering Guildhall, Lunenburg and Jefferson, a non-mutual aid member fire contract for Guildhall, the 2026 General Assessing Services Agreement (deadline Oct. 27, 2026), and an Intent to Cut for Johnson's, Tax Map R12, Lot 9.
