At its June 22 meeting the Stillwater Township Board of Education approved payment runs and purchase orders covering $1,218,712.12 in fund accounts and a grand total of $1,236,828.31 when student activities and cafeteria accounts are included. The business office presented attachments listing check numbers and purchase orders over $1,000.
The board accepted a $1,176 continuation grant through the 2026 FOCUS program and a $160 donation from the Castner family for preschool. By resolution the board authorized transfers from surplus into the capital reserve (up to $700,000) and the maintenance reserve (up to $100,000) consistent with NJ statutes cited in the motion. The board also approved purchase of a copy machine from TA Mountford for $10,489 under OMNIA Partners Contract #R241203.
