St. Charles council approves salary resolutions, plats and sewer debt transfer in unanimous votes

Separately, the council approved Resolution 7D-2026, instituting temporary no-parking on N Cross south of Market Street during the Hinterland event, and Resolution 7E-2026, approving a plat of survey for Maxwell Investments LLC, both by unanimous votes. The council also approved Resolution 7F-2026 to transfer funds for sewer debt after a motion and second; that motion passed unanimously.
