During routine business the board approved the meeting agenda on a motion by Brandon Geyen, seconded by Mark Egge (vote 8-0), and approved the June 3, 2025 meeting minutes on a motion by Tom Vanek, seconded by Justin Hall (vote 7-0, Geyen abstained). The board then addressed items listed under Old Business and New Business.
Mark Egge moved to approve a variance request and to combine three parcels into one PID; Ryan Nelson seconded and the motion carried 8-0. Chairman Chris Klein moved to approve a Flakne renewal with the condition that no further reviews occur unless a complaint is filed, in which case the renewal should be reviewed within the calendar year of the complaint; Mike Helman seconded and the motion carried 8-0. The meeting concluded after a motion by Brandon Geyen to adjourn, seconded by Mark Egge (vote 8-0).
