P&Z approves meeting agenda; minutes approved with two abstentions

The Silver Creek Township Planning and Zoning board approved the meeting agenda by a 7-0 vote after a motion from Mike Helman and a second from Brandon Geyen. The action opened the board’s Sept. 3, 2024 session, which Chairman Chris Klein called to order.
The board then moved to approve past minutes from Aug. 6, 2024. Tom Vanek made the motion and Mike Helman seconded. The minutes show that Justin Hall and Jesse Dickinson abstained because they were not present at the Aug. 6 meeting; the motion carried 5-0. Clerk-Treasurer Alana Paumen recorded attendance for the meeting, noting seven P&Z members present and two absent.
