Council approves city expenditures; Rail Town USA proclamation deferred

City Manager Richard Braithwaite said Union Pacific Railroad requested to present a Rail Town USA proclamation in person rather than mail the document; council took no immediate action on the proclamation during the Oct. 9 meeting. Mayor Dana Holbrook adjourned the meeting at 6:51 p.m.
The signed expenditure documents and any future proclamation presentation will be part of the official record at City Hall.
