District facilities report: lead test exceedances, roof repairs ongoing

"We've done what we can do, so we'll see what happens," S4 said, and noted the high school will be retested next week after staff flush and draw faucets.
S4 also updated the board on roofing projects: some 'hot roofs' remain on the breezeways and multipurpose room and crews are waiting for suitable weather to finish work. Board members asked technical questions about HVAC tonnage and fresh-air requirements while staff said a vendor will inspect rooftop units to recommend staged controls.
