Residents say Dunes City survey was 'poorly designed' and not representative

Geneva Jackson urged the council not to rely on the survey when making land-use or short-term rental policies, saying use of flawed results could risk residents' property rights. The mayor and other council members did not dispute the characterization in the meeting but did not announce any immediate steps to re-run or audit the survey; specific outreach or methodological fixes were "not specified."
