"So over the past 12 months in the city of Depot Bay, I've seen 307 listings. Those are ads for a 136 properties," the vendor said, adding that nightly monitoring and a three-letter compliance campaign can push registration compliance above 95% for targeted properties. City staff (speaker 10) welcomed the potential for increased revenue and said the product could save staff time on auditing and outreach; councilors requested time to submit written questions and to schedule a follow-up demo at the March 3 meeting.
