Bar W Steakhouse representatives Emilee Eyre and Nicole Tittensor appeared at the June 2 meeting to accept public comment on a full liquor-license application.
Seth Atkinson introduced the application and the required public-comment period. Eyre and Tittensor said the restaurant "seeks a full liquor license to enhance their offerings and attract more clientele" and described ambitions for the restaurant, including aiming for high culinary recognition. The council opened public comment; no comments were offered by members of the public during the period.
The minutes record the public-comment step required for licensing; the council did not take final licensing action during the June 2 meeting, and staff will process any follow-up administrative steps required by state law and local code.
