Silver Creek P&Z approves meeting agenda and past minutes

Member Justin Hall moved to approve the Oct. 1, 2024 minutes, and Member Tom Vanek seconded; that motion also carried 9-0. The board recorded no objections or amendments to the minutes during the session.
The agenda and minutes approvals set the meeting to proceed to the chair report and the board’s new-business items, including variance and lot-line requests.
