The board approved multiple education-related agreements for the 2026–2027 school year. The chair read an outreach service contract "with the Western Pennsylvania School for the Blind Children to provide vision services and or orientation and mobility services for the 2026, 2027 school year as indicated in a student's IEP at the rate of $136 an hour." The board also approved a three-year agreement with AOT specialized educational therapy services for occupational therapy and other certified services, a sponsor-to-sponsor agreement to provide food services for Head Start at Todd Lane, and a memorandum of understanding allowing a private industry council to use space at Todd Lane for a monthly installment of $1,042.
